目的研究改善橡胶水泥土的离子侵蚀性能、抗渗性能等.方法采用不同的物质的量浓度NaCl和Na2SO4溶液以及不同掺量K4Fe(CN)6.3H2O对橡胶水泥土进行侵蚀试验.结果试验表明,Na2SO4溶液对橡胶水泥土的侵蚀破坏能力大于NaCl溶液,Na2SO4溶液在橡胶水泥土中的渗透性能低于NaCl溶液.橡胶粉的掺入提高了水泥土的抗盐蚀能力,且橡胶粉掺量越高,抗盐蚀能力越强,但橡胶粉粒径的影响则不显著.结晶改性剂K4Fe(CN)6.3H2O阻止了结晶化的进程,延长了试件断裂时间.结论橡胶粉阻碍了石膏、钙矾石产生的体积膨胀对试件的影响,起到了软性弹性体的作用,缓和体积膨胀应力,减少内部裂纹的发生与发展,提高了水泥土的抗盐蚀性能.
Objective To study the improvement of ion-erosive properties and impermeability of rubber-cement soil.METHODS Erosion test of rubber-cement soil with different concentrations of NaCl and Na2SO4 solution and different dosage of K4Fe (CN) 6.3H2O was carried out.Results showed that, The corrosion and destructive capacity of Na2SO4 solution on rubber cement soil is greater than that of NaCl solution, the permeability of Na2SO4 solution in rubber cement soil is lower than that of NaCl solution.The incorporation of rubber powder improves the salt-resistant ability of cement soil, High, the ability of anti-salt corrosion is stronger, but the influence of rubber powder particle size is not significant.The crystallization modifier K4Fe (CN) 6.3H2O prevents the crystallization process and prolongs the fracture time of the sample.Conclusion The rubber powder obstructs the plaster , The volume expansion caused by ettringite can exert the effect of soft elastomer, relieve the volume expansion stress, reduce the occurrence and development of internal cracks and improve the salt-resistant performance of cement soil.
