This article aims to analyze the main chemical components of Angelica analgesia. Rats were injected with formalin to induce painful modeling. The rats were intraperitoneally perfused with high, medium and low dose of Angelica dahuricae and decoction, and the pain response was observed in each group. Blood was taken from abdominal aorta and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Rat serum. The results showed that: the low dose of Angelica decoction analgesia was not obvious, the other groups have analgesic effect on the model rats. The chromatographic peaks of 24.941, 25.755, 29.854, 32.761 and 33.928 min are the common peaks of rat serum in each model group, which are derived from the essential oil and the decoction of Angelica dahurica [5]. Angelica analgesic ingredients may be peaks at 24.941, 25.755, 29.854, 32.761 and 33.928 min, and some trace components and metabolites.
