研究了插条长度对四倍体刺槐扦插成活率及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,长度为16～20cm的硬枝插条愈伤组织形成率、成活率均及幼苗生长量均高于10～15cm的插条;嫩枝扦插的实验结果和硬枝扦插结果一致,说明插条长度对四倍体刺槐扦插繁殖有显著影响。
The effects of cutting length on the survival rate and seedling growth of tetraploid black locust were studied.
