当前房租上涨的原因是多重的,主要有房地产新政导致满足住房需求方式改变、房地产中介推波助澜、季节性因素等。下一步需要以下措施,应对房屋租赁价格过快上涨,一是围绕“增加供给”来缓解当前由于供不应求的市场格局;二是提高低收入者收入水平,增加住房补贴,应对价格过快上涨;三是规范和引导房屋租赁市场健康发展。
The reasons for the current rent hikes are multiple, mainly due to changes in the way real estate deals meet housing needs, real estate agents and seasonal factors.
