第一、基础原料工业:包括粮、油、奶、淀粉、肉类、添加剂等。当前食品基础的质量、品种均不能适应食品加工工业的要求,食品基础原料的加工深度低,综合利用水平也低,这是两项普遍存在的主要矛盾。九十年代的食品工业,除了数量要有增加之外,还要将重点放到提高质量、开发品种、精深加工,以适应市场和食品工业生产发展的需要。
