“国以民为本,民以食为天,食以安为先。”食品是人类生存和发展的重要物质基础,食品的安全卫生和必要的营养是食品的基本要求。食品安全不仅关系到广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,也直接影响到社会经济的发展和社会的和谐稳定,关系到政府和国家的形象。因此,我国政府历来十分重视食品安全。本文主要从目前我国食品卫生主要存在的问题,分析其产生的原因,进而提出一些相对应的举措。 “The country is people-oriented, the people take food as the god, and take the safety first.” Food is an important material basis for the survival and development of mankind. Food safety and hygiene and necessary nutrition are the basic requirements of food. Food safety is not only related to the general health and safety of the people, but also directly affects the social and economic development and the social harmony and stability, as well as the image of the government and the country. Therefore, my government has always attached great importance to food safety. This article mainly from the current problems of food hygiene in our country, analyze the reasons for its occurrence, and then put forward some corresponding measures.
