以离心泵平衡孔轴向力平衡装置为研究对象,利用计算机数值模拟分析技术和试验技术相结合的方法,对平衡孔位置、平衡孔面积与平衡轴向力效果和泵外特性的关系进行了深入研究,并对研究结果进行了分析。为提高轴向力平衡装置的综合效果,提出了减小平衡孔大小、适当增加后密封环直径(相对前密封环)、平衡孔靠近叶轮轮毂等设计方法措施。
