我市行政审批服务中心自成立迄今已在改革道路上走过了七个年头。在这七年历程中,审批中心作为改进地方政府工作方式、提高行政工作效率,改进政府形象和为群众提供便利服务的一个集中办公场所,推动了行政观念的更新转变,并通过制度创新加强了对行政权利的监督,规范了行政权利运行,探讨了行政管理体制的新模式等;但与此同时,一些关系到审批中心发展前景的问题也暴露出来,如:存在的依据,业务的运作,与各部门的关系等。解决这些问题,需要以专门立法的支撑力,行政体制改革的推动力,自身完善提高的内动力等各方面力量综合作用,才能使政府审批服务工作有一个质的改善和转变。
