用共价结合法将葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)键接在玻碳电极表面上以制成酶修饰电极。研究了该电极的电化学性质、生物催化活性和稳定性。该电极与流动注射分析结合起来,对某些电子传递体进行电流式检测。
Glucose oxidase (GOD) was bonded to the surface of glassy carbon electrode by covalent binding method to make enzyme modified electrode. The electrochemical properties, biocatalytic activity and stability of the electrode were investigated. The electrode, combined with flow injection analysis, performs current-mode testing on some electron-carriers.
