目的:探讨EZH2和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测40例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织、10例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织、10例正常宫颈组织中EZH2和MMP-9的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性,所得数据用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:EZH2在正常宫颈组织、CIN组织、宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为30.0%、70.0%和92.5%。MMP-9在正常宫颈组织、CIN组织、宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为0.0%、50.0%和77.5%。在淋巴结转移组EZH2蛋白表达阳性率明显高于无淋巴结转移组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。EZH2与MMP-9表达间存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:在正常宫颈组织、CIN组织和宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中,EZH2和MMP-9蛋白表达的阳性率均呈逐渐升高趋势,表明均参与了宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织的发生发展,在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织的转移上二者可能存在协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of EZH2 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of EZH2 and MMP-9 in 40 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, 10 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), 10 cases of normal cervical tissue and its clinical pathological features The correlation between the data obtained by SPSS 13.0 software for statistical analysis. Results: The positive rates of EZH2 in normal cervical tissue, CIN tissue and cervical squamous cell carcinoma were 30.0%, 70.0% and 92.5% respectively. The positive rates of MMP-9 in normal cervical tissue, CIN tissue and cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues were 0.0%, 50.0% and 77.5% respectively. The positive rate of EZH2 protein in lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group (P <0.05). There was a correlation between EZH2 and MMP-9 expression (P <0.05). Conclusions: The positive rates of EZH2 and MMP-9 protein expression in normal cervical tissue, CIN tissue and cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue are gradually increasing, indicating that both of them are involved in the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Cervical squamous cell carcinoma metastasis may exist synergistic effect.
