新试剂N-丁基-N’-(对氨基苯磺酸钠)硫脲(BPT)与Cu(Ⅱ)显色反应的适宜条件研究。结果表明,在pH4.8~52的HAc-NaAc介质中,CU(Ⅱ)与BPT形成稳定的1:3兰色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于330.5nm,试剂的最大吸收波长位于246.0nm。配合物表观摩尔吸光系数在330.5nm处为3.41×104L·mol-1·cm-1,工作直线的线性范围5~45uμg/25mlCu,相关系数γ=0.9995。本方法用于铝合金和矿样中钢的测定,结果令人满意。
Study on Suitable Conditions for the Color Reaction of New Reagent with N - Butyl - N ’- (Sodium P - aminobenzenesulfonate) Thiourea (BPT) and Cu (Ⅱ). The results showed that CU (Ⅱ) formed a stable 1: 3 blue complex with BPT in the HAc-NaAc medium at pH4.8 ~ 52, the maximum absorption wavelength was at 330.5nm and the maximum absorption wavelength of the reagent was at 246.0nm . The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 3.41 × 104 L · mol-1 · cm-1 at 330.5 nm, and the linear range of the working line was 5 ~ 45 uμg / 25 ml Cu. The correlation coefficient γ was 0.9995. The method is applied to the determination of steel in aluminum alloy and ore sample with satisfactory results.
