目的总结分析准分子激光角膜切削术治疗近视的并发症。方法应用雷赛公司Compak－200型准分子激光仪对196例382只近视眼行PRK治疗。按术前屈光度分二组：A组－1．00D—－6．00D，B组－6．00D～－10．00D．术后随诊6个月以上。结果有2．36％角膜上皮愈合延迟。低中度组和高度组各有8眼和7眼最佳视力下降1～3行，分别占2．72％和7．95％；过矫率在A、B组中分别是3．05％和4．69％．欠矫率为37．71％和32．81％；1级角膜上皮下混浊分别为10．96％和6．25％；2级混浊分别为0．61％和1．56％；3级混浊仅在A组出现1例1只眼，占0．34％，激素性高眼压，其发生率最高是3个月时．A、B两组可分别达9．18％和10．22％，但易控制。结论随术者经验的提高、手术设计的完善及术后用药的研究，这些并发症会降低。
Objective To summarize and analyze the excimer laser keratotomy for the treatment of myopia complications. Methods A total of 196 patients with 382 myopia underwent PRK treatment with the Leica Compac-200 excimer laser. The patients were divided into two groups according to the preoperative diopter: group A -1.00D -6.00D, group B -6.00D -10.00D. Follow-up after 6 months. The result was 2.36% corneal epithelial healing delay. The best visual acuity of 8 eyes and 7 eyes of low-medium group and high-level group decreased by 1 to 3 lines, accounting for 2.72% and 7.95% respectively; overcorrection rate was 3.05% And 4.69%. The rate of undercorrection was 37.71% and 32.81% respectively. The grade 1 corneal epithelial turbidity was 10.96% and 6.25% respectively. The grade 2 opacity was 0.61% and 1.56% respectively. The grade 3 opacity Only in group A, there was 1 case of 1 eye, accounting for 0.34%, the hormone ocular hypertension, the highest incidence of 3 months. A, B, respectively, up to 9.18% and 10.22%, but easy to control. Conclusion With the surgeon’s experience, the improvement of surgical design and postoperative medication, these complications will be reduced.
