毛细管电泳与电感耦合等离子体质谱联用(CE-ICP-MS)具有灵敏度高、分析速度快、样品提升量少等优点,广泛应用于元素形态分析领域.本文阐述了在设计CE-ICP-MS接口中存在的问题,包括毛细管电连接、CE与雾化器的流速匹配以及自吸效应的抑制,报道了目前常用的CE-ICP-MS接口方案,指出毛细管与雾化器之间的接口是CE-ICP-MS联用技术成功的关键.最后,综述了近几年使用CE-ICP-MS联用技术对砷、锰、铬、硒元素进行形态分析的应用进展,并指出该联用技术将会应用到更多的实际样品形态检测中.
CE-ICP-MS is widely used in the field of elemental morphology because of its advantages of high sensitivity, fast analysis speed and small amount of sample increase.This paper describes the design of CE-ICP-MS Interface problems, including the capillary electrical connections, CE and nebulizer flow rate matching and self-priming effects suppression, reported the current common CE-ICP-MS interface scheme, pointed out that the interface between the capillary and the nebulizer is CE-ICP-MS technology.Finally, the progress of the application of CE-ICP-MS technology in the morphological analysis of arsenic, manganese, chromium and selenium has been reviewed in the last few years. Will be applied to more actual sample shape detection.
