运动负荷,通常又称为运动量,包括负荷量和负荷强度,是影响体育教学质量的重要因素。因为运动负荷过小就不能使机体得到有效的锻炼,也不利于学习和掌握运动技能,甚至产生松懈情绪。运动负荷过大则会影响学生身体的正常发育,有损健康,使学生产生畏难情绪,降低对体育的兴趣,有时还会导致伤害事故。因此,体育课必须重视运动负荷的安排。随着新一轮体育课程与教学改革的全面展开及不断深入,我们广大体育教师在努力尝试如何按照“健康第一”的指导思想
