航空医疗救援近年来发展迅速,机载医用支架作为航空医疗救援平台的重要组成部分,不仅要满足运输过程中伤病员的医疗救护需求,还需要满足机上特殊的接口形式和使用环境要求。本文提出了一种悬架式机载医用支架的设计方案,对其结构进行了多种过载工况下的静强度、刚度分析。结果表明,该结构具有较高的安全性和可靠性。同时,考虑到机上特殊的使用环境,对支架的振动特性进行了分析,并采取了橡胶减振措施。结果表明,采取减振措施以后,支架的振动情况得到改善。
Airborne medical rescue has developed rapidly in recent years. As an important part of aviation medical rescue platform, airborne medical support not only needs to meet the medical and ambulance needs of injured and diseased people during transportation, but also needs to meet the special interface forms and operating environment requirements on the aircraft. In this paper, a design scheme of the suspension type airborne medical stent is proposed, and the static strength and stiffness analysis of the structure under various overload conditions are analyzed. The results show that the structure has high safety and reliability. At the same time, taking into account the special use of the machine environment, the vibration characteristics of the stent were analyzed and rubber damping measures taken. The results show that the vibration of the bracket is improved after vibration damping measures are taken.
