为研究矿井巷道截面上平均风速点的分布规律,基于3D数值模型,对三心拱截面巷道内风流的流动分布规律进行数值分析,同时建立同尺寸巷道的小型通风实验系统对模拟结果进行对比验证;分析了巷道内紊流充分发展截面上平均风速点的分布规律.研究结果表明:风流分布规律的数值结果与实验结果符合良好,数值分析具有较高的准确性;发现三心拱截面上平均风速点呈现环状分布,并提出“关键环”概念;明确了“关键环”分布的关键影响因素,其仅与巷道截面特征有关,而与通风风速无关;得到“关键环”拱形部分的特征方程.
In order to study the distribution of average velocity points in the section of mine roadway, the numerical simulation of the flow distribution of the airflow in the roadway with three-hearted arch section was carried out based on 3D numerical model. Simultaneously, the small ventilation experiment system with the same size tunnel was established to verify the simulation results The distribution of average wind speed points on the section of turbulence fully developed in the roadway is analyzed.The results show that the numerical results of wind flow distribution are in good agreement with the experimental results and the numerical analysis has high accuracy. The wind speed point presents a ring-shaped distribution, and the concept of “key ring” is proposed.
