目的:研究湖南产水菖蒲乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱技术和重结晶等方法对水菖蒲乙醇提取物的化学成分进行分离,并根据波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从水菖蒲中分离得到10个化合物,经波谱分析分别鉴定为:珠光脂酸(1)、十五烷酸单甘油酯(2)、丁香酸(3)、金色酰胺醇乙酸酯(4)、十九烷酸单甘油酯(5)、菖蒲碱甲(6)、tatanan C(7)、酒酵母甾醇(8)、2,6-dioxopiperidin-3-yl acetate(9)和巴马亭(10)。结论:其中,化合物1~5、8~10为首次从菖蒲属植物中分离得到,化合物1~5、7~10为首次从水菖蒲中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of ethanolic extract of Acorus calamus in Hunan. Methods: Chemical constituents of ethanol extract from Acorus cantoniensis were separated by a variety of chromatographic techniques and recrystallization methods. The structures of compounds were identified based on spectral data. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from Acorus calamus and identified by spectroscopic analysis as follows: pelargonic acid (1), pentadecanoic acid monoglyceride (2), syringic acid (3), gold amide alcohol acetate 4), nonadecanoic acid monoglyceride (5), acinarine A (6), tatanan C (7), wine yeast sterol (8), 2,6-dioxopiperidin- Pavilion (10). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1 ~ 5 and 8 ~ 10 were isolated from Acorus for the first time. Compounds 1 ~ 5 and 7 ~ 10 were isolated from Acorus calamus for the first time.
