一、前言 所谓等静压制是将金属粉末包容于一定形状的弹性模内,置于装有流体(气体或液体)介质的密闭容器中,通过介质对弹性模施压而使粉末成形的一种工艺方法。若采用介质为液体,则又称之为“液等静压”。由于弹性模四周所受压力相同,故等静压是一种均衡压制。 等静压制法具有以下优点: 1.传统压制成形方法因存在粉末与模壁的摩擦力,无法将压力传到离受压面较远的地方,因而制品的长度与直径之比一般不得大于3。而在等静压中,从理论上说可以压制出任意长径比的制品(只是由于制品本身的强度及加工等原因才受到限制)。现己生产出长径比
