采用自行设计、安装、调试的一套低温下测定汽液平衡数据的装置,建立了一种取样分析方法,测定了R22-R142b二元系在65.86~621.12kPa压力范围内八个温度点的汽液平衡数据。所测数据通过了热力学一致性校验,并用RKS状态方程和NRTL活度系数方程进行了关联,取得了满意结果。
A set of sampling and analyzing method was established by using a set of device designed, installed and debugged to measure the vapor-liquid equilibrium data at low temperature. The temperature of the two systems of R22-R142b binary system was measured at eight temperatures of 65.86 ~ 621.12kPa Point vapor-liquid equilibrium data. The measured data passed the thermodynamic consistency check, and the RKS equation of state and NRTL activity coefficient equation were correlated, and satisfactory results were obtained.
