以ZL108铝合金为基体,添加Cu包覆石墨及稀土(Ce),采用机械搅拌制备了Cu包覆石墨/Al复合材料。考察了不同Cu包覆石墨含量的Cu包覆石墨/Al复合材料的组织、硬度及磨损性能。结果表明,试验条件下,在2%~6%的Cu包覆石墨的范围内,石墨分布趋于均匀。制备的Al-4Cu包覆石墨/Al复合材料具有较高的硬度及较好的耐磨性。添加石墨使复合材料的磨损机制由磨粒磨损转变为剥层磨损。
ZL108 aluminum alloy as a matrix, adding Cu coated graphite and rare earth (Ce), prepared by mechanical stirring Cu coated graphite / Al composite material. The microstructure, hardness and wear properties of Cu-coated graphite / Al composites with different Cu-coated graphite contents were investigated. The results show that under the experimental conditions, graphite distribution tends to be uniform in the range of 2% -6% Cu-coated graphite. The prepared Al-4Cu coated graphite / Al composite material has higher hardness and better abrasion resistance. Adding graphite can make the wear mechanism of the composite material change from abrasive wear to peeling wear.
