本文研究了四孢蘑菇菌株JN-1和JN-2在菌丝生长和子实体发育阶段胞外羧甲基纤维素酶、滤纸酶、淀粉酶和多酚氧化酶活性以及基质中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素降解的动态变化规律。结果表明,羧甲基纤维素酶和滤纸酶的活性峰值出现在子实体成熟期,而低谷出现在子实体采收间期,营养生长阶段酶活性水平较低。基质中以纤维素的变化最为明显,纤维素的降解和纤维素酶活性与子实体发育之间可能存在调控关系。
In this paper, the activities of extracellular carboxymethylcellulase, filter paper enzyme, amylase and polyphenol oxidase of four strains of Agaricus bisporus JN-1 and JN-2 in mycelial growth and fruiting body development, as well as cellulose, hemicellulose Dynamic changes of pigment and lignin degradation. The results showed that the activity peak of carboxymethyl cellulose and filter paper enzyme appeared in the fruiting body maturity, while the lowest appeared in fruiting body harvesting period, and the level of enzyme activity in vegetative growth stage was low. The change of cellulose in the matrix is the most obvious. There may be regulation between cellulose degradation and cellulase activity and the development of fruiting body.
