抽油井计算机诊断技术是一项新兴的监测抽油系统工作状况的先进采油工艺技术。河南油田诊断技术主体由3部分组成:1.抽油井井下诊断技术,它能把抽油井地面光杆功图转换为抽油泵在井下的功图,从而可直观地对井下工作状况进行准确的分析解释;2.减速箱曲柄轴的扭矩分析,其功能是画出扭矩曲线后进行扭矩分析,通过它可计算出平衡重所在位置;3.抽油井参数设计,基本以API推荐的计算方法为兰本,但对井下混合液比重、等应力杆组合、油层产能预测及动液面预测公式等进行了必要的修改和补充。文中还列有17类泵功图解释图例及数井井下工作状况的解释例证。
