目前,前列腺手术的术中、术后出血仍是重要的问题。我们自1988年2月～1991年3月采用结扎动脉+缝缩腺窝的方法,在耻骨后前列腺摘除术中直视下进行止血。共治疗17例前列腺增生症患者,获得了满意的效果。现报道如下。一、临床资料年龄58～83岁,平均68.5岁。病程3个月～10年。10例术前有尿潴留史.14例术前保留导尿。诊
Currently, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding in prostate surgery is still an important issue. We from February 1988 to March 1991 by ligation of arteries + suture fossa litter, prostatectomy in the pubis after direct vision to stop bleeding. A total of 17 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients, obtained satisfactory results. Report as follows now. First, the clinical data Age 58 to 83 years, mean 68.5 years. Duration of 3 months to 10 years. Preoperative 10 cases of urinary retention history .14 cases of preoperative catheterization. Clinic
