利用膨胀仪、Gleeble热模拟试验机对LNG低温钢筋静态连续冷却转变规律进行了研究,绘制了LNG低温钢筋静态连续冷却转变曲线,结合光学显微镜、显微硬度计分析冷却速率对其组织演变规律的影响。结果表明,在冷速不小于20℃/s时,得到针状铁素体和贝氏体组织,随着冷速的提高,针状铁素体含量减少,贝氏体含量增多,贝氏体的形态由粒状转变成板条状。结合其组织和性能要求,轧后冷却速率宜控制在20~30℃/s区间。该结果为制定LNG低温螺纹钢的控制冷却工艺提供了重要的理论和技术参考。
Using dilatometer and Gleeble thermal simulator to study the static continuous cooling transformation of LNG low temperature steel, the transition curve of static continuous cooling of LNG low temperature steel bar was drawn. Combined with optical microscope and microhardness tester, the cooling rate was analyzed. influences. The results showed that acicular ferrite and bainite were obtained at a cooling rate of not less than 20 ℃ / s. With the increase of cooling rate, the content of acicular ferrite decreased, the content of bainite increased, The morphology changes from granular to lath-like. Combined with its organization and performance requirements, cooling rate after rolling should be controlled at 20 ~ 30 ℃ / s interval. The results provide an important theoretical and technical reference for the development of LNG low temperature rebar control cooling process.
