目的解决经鼻气管内插管过程中导管下鼻困难、咽后壁损伤及缺氧等问题。方法将氧气管置入气管导管内作引导导芯,在持续供氧下行经鼻气管内插管。结果47例患儿气管导管均顺利地通过咽后壁插入气管内,避免了插管损伤;操作过程中患儿心率稳定,氧饱和度较插管前明显提高。结论经鼻气管内插管操作简单,效果良好,适用于初学插管者和估计插管困难病例。
Objective To solve the problems of nasal endotracheal intubation during the difficulty of the lower nasal catheter, the posterior pharyngeal wall injury and hypoxia. Methods The oxygen tube was placed in the endotracheal tube to guide the guide core, and the oxygen supply was continued through the endotracheal tube during continuous oxygen supply. Results All the tracheal tubes in 47 cases were successfully inserted into the trachea through the posterior pharyngeal wall to avoid intrathecal injury. During operation, the heart rate of the children was stable and oxygen saturation was significantly increased before intubation. Conclusions Transnasal endotracheal intubation is simple and effective, suitable for beginner intubation and difficult cases of intubation.
