本研究考察了高中生与职业相关的父母支持对个体职业探索的影响。研究者使用了职业相关父母支持量表和职业探索与承诺量表,在上海和浙江的五所高中里抽取近两千名在校高中生进行调查,回收问卷1796份,有效问卷1588份,有效率88%。研究结果表明:(1)高中生职业相关父母支持与职业探索发展水平均处于中等水平。(2)不同性别的高中生在职业相关父母支持各维度及总分上均存在显著差异。(3)不同区域高中生在职业相关父母支持职业榜样维度上差异显著,在职业探索程度上差异显著。(4)高中生职业相关父母支持各维度与职业探索之间有显著相关性,职业相关父母支持对职业探索可以起到预测作用。
This study examines the impact of career-related parental support for high school students on career exploration in individuals. Using a career-related Parents Support Scale and a Career Exploring and Commitment Scale, the researchers surveyed nearly 2,000 high school students in five high schools in Shanghai and Zhejiang to investigate 1796 questionnaires and 1588 valid questionnaires 88%. The results show that: (1) The occupational parental support and career exploration level of senior high school students are at a moderate level. (2) There are significant differences in high school students of different genders in all dimensions and scores of job-related parental support. (3) High school students in different regions have significant differences in occupational parental supportive occupational models, and have significant differences in the degree of professional exploration. (4) There is a significant correlation between job-related high school students 'career-related parents' support and career exploration. Career-related parental support can play a predictive role in career exploration.
