Organized bullying refers to the frequent occurrence of harassment, encroachment, or isolation in organizations that adversely affect the physical and mental health and work life of members of other organizations, with the characteristics of frequent occurrence, persistence, hostility and power imbalance. Organizing bullying includes not only imperceptible subtle behaviors such as gossip, sarcasm, concealment of information, malicious exclusion and silence, but also explicit overreactions such as abusive scolding, forced separation and violence. These behaviors can come from work overload, harsh reprimand and close surveillance and other negative harm, but also from individuals related to derogatory, slander and violations such as personal attacks. Organized bullying due to the covert behavior and subtle nature of the apparent exposure to workplace violence there is a clear distinction. Due to its imperceptibility and potential harm, it should be given enough attention.
