目的探讨饮食干预联合运动指导对于妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平的影响。方法妊娠期糖尿病患者147例,随机分为A、B、C三组,各49例。A组予以饮食控制,B组予以饮食控制联合运动指导,C组不予任何干预措施,比较三组的血糖水平变化。结果干预后A组与B组的餐后血糖水平较C组均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且B组显著低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组无明显变化(P>0.05),三组干预后比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施饮食控制与运动指导可有效控制血糖水平,有利于改善孕期保健质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of dietary intervention combined with exercise guidance on blood glucose level in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods 147 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into A, B, C three groups, each 49 cases. A group of diet control, B group to diet control and exercise guidance, C group without any intervention, comparing the three groups of blood glucose levels. Results After the intervention, the postprandial blood glucose levels of group A and group B were significantly lower than those of group C, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), and group B was significantly lower than group A (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). There was significant difference between the three groups after intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion The diet control and exercise instruction in gestational diabetes patients can effectively control the blood sugar level and improve the quality of health care during pregnancy.
