目的评估运动及营养综合干预对改善超重及肥胖的青少年身体形态及身体素质的效果。方法选择超重及肥胖的青少年68人作为调查对象,对调查对象进行运动干预及营养干预。在干预前后测量调查对象的形体指标:身高、体重、BMI(体质指数),及身体素质指标:100 m短跑、立定跳远、1 min引体向上(男)、1 min仰卧起坐(女)、1 000 m中长跑(男)、800 m中长跑(女),并进行比较。结果调查对象中,男生与女生干预前后身高的变化无差异,而干预后的体重及BMI与干预前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不论男生或女生,干预前BMI的均值均>28,而干预后则降低到28以下。干预后与干预前比较,不论男生女生,各项身体素质测试结果均优于干预前(P<0.05)。结论对超重及肥胖的青少年进行运动及营养综合干预,对降低其BMI、改善身体素质具有一定的效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive exercise and nutrition intervention on improving body shape and physical fitness of overweight and obese adolescents. Methods Sixty-eight overweight and obese adolescents were selected as subjects to carry out exercise intervention and nutrition intervention. Before and after the intervention, physical indicators of the surveyed subjects were measured: height, weight, BMI and physical fitness indexes: 100 m sprint, standing long jump, 1 min pull-ups (male), 1 min sit- 1 000 m long-distance race (male), 800 m middle-distance race (female), and compared. Results There was no difference in body height between boys and girls before and after intervention, but there was a significant difference in body weight and BMI between before and after intervention (P <0.05), both boys and girls > 28, but down to below 28 after intervention. After intervention, compared with pre-intervention, no matter boys or girls, the results of physical fitness test were better than before intervention (P <0.05). Conclusions The comprehensive exercise and nutrition intervention for overweight and obese adolescents has some effects on lowering their BMI and improving physical fitness.
