在对小方坯结晶器铜管内热流传递理论分析的基础上,研究了钢坯及结晶器内温度的传递规律;利用有限元法对结晶器铜管的温度场及热应力场进行了系统研究,并对不同拉速、冷却强度及设计锥度的条件下铜管的温度场和热应力场进行了研究,提出了预应力结晶器设计的理论基础.提高连铸机的拉速及改善连铸坯的质量,为实际生产提供了一定的理论指导.
Based on the theoretical analysis of the heat flux in the billet mold copper tube, the transfer rule of the temperature in the billet and the mold was studied. The temperature field and thermal stress field of the mold copper tube were systematically studied by finite element method The temperature field and thermal stress field of copper tube under different conditions of casting speed, cooling strength and design taper were studied. The theoretical basis of prestressed mold design was put forward. Improve casting speed and improve the quality of continuous casting billet for the actual production provides a certain theoretical guidance.
