【目的】建立SD大鼠牵张成骨模型,从影像学角度探索骨碎补总黄酮对大鼠牵张过程中骨形成质量的影响。【方法】24只大鼠造模成功后,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别给予骨碎补总黄酮(剂量为77.125 mg/kg)及生理盐水灌胃8周,术后7 d,以0.2 mm速度牵张20 d,术后8周拍片,处死取材并行标本Micro-CT扫描,观察2组X线Lane-Sandhu评分差别,并比较2组骨密度及骨矿含量。【结果】实验组X线Lane-Sandhu评分,Micro-CT扫描骨密度及骨矿含量均显著升高,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】骨碎补总黄酮可以提高大鼠牵张成骨过程中骨形成的质量。
【OBJECTIVE】 To establish the model of distraction osteogenesis in SD rats and explore the effect of Rhizoma Drynariae flavonoids on the quality of bone formation during the stretch process in rats from the imaging point of view. 【Methods】 Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The total flavonoids of Radix Isofractica and Fructus Drynaria (77.125 mg / kg) and saline were given for 8 weeks. After 7 days, 0.2 mm speed stretch 20 d, 8 weeks postoperatively, the specimens were sacrificed and the specimens were taken out for micro-CT scanning. The difference of X-ray Lane-Sandhu score between the two groups was observed. The bone mineral density and bone mineral content were compared between the two groups. 【Results】 X-ray Lane-Sandhu score, Micro-CT scan bone mineral density and bone mineral content in the experimental group were significantly increased, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Rhizoma Drynariae flavonoids can improve the quality of bone formation during distraction osteogenesis in rats.
