北部湾沿海地区台风暴潮灾害频繁发生,使当地的经济发展和人民的生活遭受很大影响。通过对灾害的严重性进行具体分析,提出了多项防范措施,并建议成立北部湾沿海地区防灾减灾指挥中心,以减轻或避免灾害损失。
The frequent typhoon storm disasters in the coastal areas of the northern Gulf have greatly affected the local economic development and people’s livelihood. Through a detailed analysis of the severity of the disaster, a number of preventive measures have been put forward and a command center for disaster prevention and reduction in the coastal area of the Beibu Gulf has been proposed to mitigate or avoid disaster losses.
