本文主要研究了以液晶双马来酰亚胺为基础的液晶热固性聚酰亚胺的结构—加工条件—力学性能间的关系,即液晶双马来酰亚胺共聚物在液晶态下的交联聚合反应可以将液晶织构保留在交联固化物中,从而赋予热固性聚酰亚胺材料的自增强效应。通过断面形貌与分维的研究得到了同类材料的力学性能与断面分维成正比例关系。固化物体系中保持大量的有序微细结构,其尺寸在1.3~2.20μm。
In this paper, we mainly studied the relationship between the structure, processing conditions and mechanical properties of liquid crystal thermosetting polyimides based on liquid bismaleimide, that is, the crosslinking of liquid crystal bismaleimide copolymer in the liquid crystal state Polymerization can retain the liquid crystal texture in the cross-linked cured product, giving the self-reinforcing effect of the thermosetting polyimide material. Through the study of the cross-section morphology and fractal dimension, the mechanical properties of the same kind of material are directly proportional to the fractal dimensions. Curing system to maintain a large number of ordered fine structure, the size of 1.3 ~ 2.20μm.
