轧机压下分配的准确性直接决定着冷轧带钢的厚度精度。本文提出的压下分配模型首先根据经验比例分配总压下,再使用对数偏差补偿的方法修正各个机架的出口厚度,同时考虑是否手动修改了压下,对初始压下进行重新分配,最后遵循功率平衡和轧制力极限检查的原则优化各机架压下分配,确定压下预设值。实际在线应用效果表明,该压下分配模型的压下分配准确度能够满足实际厚度控制精度的要求。
Rolling mill pressure distribution directly determines the accuracy of the thickness of cold-rolled strip.
