目的:对我国不同产地、不同生态环境下牛蒡属药用植物的染色体进行分析。方法:到不同产地采集牛蒡属药用植物的种质资源,采用常规方法进行染色体分析。结果:共采集到49个不同产地牛蒡和1个产地毛头牛蒡,经染色体分析,各产地牛蒡体细胞均为2倍体,2n=36,新疆产毛头牛蒡体细胞为2倍体,2n=36。结论:本实验为中国牛蒡属的两种药用植物提供了细胞学资料。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chromosomes of Burdock medicinal plants in different habitats and ecological environments in China. METHODS: Germplasm resources of Arctium medicinal plants were collected from different habitats and analyzed by conventional methods. Results: A total of 49 burdock cultivars and one burdock burdock were collected from each area. Chromosome analysis showed that the somatic cells of all burdocks were diploid, 2n = 36, somatic burdock cells in Xinjiang were diploid and 2n = 36. Conclusion: This experiment provided cytological data for two medicinal plants of Arctium genus in China.
