近年来 ,直肠肛管测压已进入新的时代 ,但由于现代化测压装置价格昂贵 ,近期内在国内推广应用时机尚未成熟 ,而传统测压装置又无法适应肛肠外科的发展。因此 ,有必要研制成本低廉又便于推广应用的新型直肠肛管测压装置。我们应用现代技术从探头、压力传感器及电子计算机硬、软件系统等三个方面对直肠肛管测压装置进行改进 ,集压力传感与转换、数据采集与分析、图象储存与记录于一体 ,系现代压力传感技术与电子计算机技术的有机结合 ,提高了检测准确性和工作效率。并用该装置对实验性肛门括约肌损伤家兔和非直肠肛门疾病儿童进行直肠测压研究 ,验证了该装置的科学性和实用性。同时提出直肠肛门指数 (RectoanalIndexRAI)的概念 ,并就其临床意义进行初步探讨。
In recent years, rectal anal canal manometry has entered a new era. However, due to the high price of modern pressure measuring devices, the time to popularize and apply in the country has not yet matured, and traditional pressure measuring devices cannot adapt to the development of anorectal surgery. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new type of rectal anal canal pressure measuring device that is inexpensive and easy to apply. We use modern technology to improve the rectal and anal canal pressure measuring device from the three aspects of probes, pressure sensors, and computer hard and software systems, integrating pressure sensing and conversion, data acquisition and analysis, and image storage and recording. It is an organic combination of modern pressure sensing technology and computer technology, improving the detection accuracy and work efficiency. Using this device to study the experimental rectal anal sphincter injury in rabbits and non-rectal anal diseases in children with rectal manometry to verify the scientific and practical device. At the same time, the concept of Rectoanal Index RAI was proposed and its clinical significance was initially discussed.
