我们正处在一个以电子计算机的广泛应用为重要标志的科学技术飞跃发展的时代,计算机是20世纪人类最重大的科技发明。它的出现具有划时代的意义,其影响遍及所有学科,成为衡量某个领域是否先进的重要标志。随着计算机技术的广泛应用,计算机知识已成为当代政工干部素质不可缺少的重要组成部分。从某种意义上说,在信息社会中,如果一个政工干部不懂得计算机知识,就不能算是一个称职的政工干部。为此,政工干部要有强烈的“计算机意识”。
We are at a time of rapid development of science and technology, which is marked by the widespread application of electronic computers. Computer is the most significant scientific and technological invention of mankind in the 20th century. Its emergence has epoch-making significance and its influence spreads across all disciplines and becomes an important indicator of whether an area is advanced or not. With the extensive application of computer technology, computer knowledge has become an indispensable and important part of the contemporary political cadres’ quality. In a sense, if a political cadres do not know computer knowledge in the information society, they can not be regarded as competent political cadres. To this end, political cadres must have a strong “computer awareness.”
