目的:采用近红外光谱法对消渴丸浓缩液中葛根素含量进行快速测定。方法:以HPLC分析值作为参照,采用近红外透射光谱技术和光纤探头采集消渴丸浓缩液的近红外光谱,结合偏最小二乘法建立葛根素含量的快速测定方法,并对未知样品进行了含量预测。结果:建立的葛根素校正模型R2,RMSECV,RPD值分别为0.955 9,0.241,4.36。对预测集样品预测平均相对偏差为1.8%。结论:该方法准确、快速、简便,可作为消渴丸提取浓缩过程质量检测和实时在线质量控制的方法。
Objective: To determine the content of puerarin in Xiaoke Pill concentrate by near-infrared spectroscopy. Methods: The HPLC method was used as reference. The near-infrared transmission spectroscopy and fiber probe were used to collect the near-infrared spectrum of Xiaoke Pill concentrate. The rapid determination method of puerarin was established by partial least-squares method. The content of the unknown sample prediction. Results: The calibration curves of R2, RMSECV and RPD were 0.955 9, 0.241 and 4.36 respectively. The average relative deviation of forecasting samples was 1.8%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, rapid and simple and can be used as a method for quality control and real-time online quality control of Xiaoke pills.
