本文采用 SDS—PAGE 方法,对水稻与高粱杂交后代进行了叶绿体类囊体膜蛋白组成成分的比较分析。所得结果表明,杂种中多数株系比母本对照水稻银坊多显示3条分子量分别为13.5kd、18kd 及64kd 的多肽带~*。其中18kd 为父本高粱所具有,另外两条带为母本水稻及父本高粱所不具有,而为杂种水稻所具有的。这就表明,父本高粱花粉在杂交中的作用以及所得杂种的新的叶绿体和核的基因组在杂种后代膜蛋白的形成中的作用是明显的。文中对三条多肽的性质与功能进行了讨论。
In this paper, the SDS-PAGE method was used to analyze the protein components of chloroplast thylakoid membranes in hybrids of rice and sorghum. The results showed that most of the hybrids showed three polypeptide bands with molecular weights of 13.5kd, 18kd and 64kd, respectively, compared with the parental control Yinfangfang. Among them, 18kd was possessed by the male parent sorghum, while the other two were not found in the maternal and paternal sorghum, but were found in the hybrid rice. This shows that the role of male parent sorghum pollen in hybridization and the role of the new chloroplast and nuclear genomes of the resulting hybrids in the formation of membrane proteins of the offspring are evident. The article discusses the properties and functions of three peptides.
