本文从２１ 世纪的农业信息需求市场预测入手，针对目前高等农业院校信息资源开发利用现状和２１ 世纪农业院校用户信息需求预测，提出了信息资源开发利用的重点和信息资源的配置策略。对信息资源开发利用的方法和途径，特别是网络资源的开发利用做了全面研究。
Starting from the market forecast of agricultural information demand in the 21st century, this paper puts forward the key points of information resources development and utilization and the allocation strategies of information resources in view of the current situation of information resources development and utilization of agricultural colleges and universities and the forecast of user information needs in agricultural universities in the 21st century. The methods and ways of exploitation and utilization of information resources, especially the development and utilization of network resources, are comprehensively studied.
