通过剪叶和剪颖花进行源库调节试验,研究了水稻品种“吉农大3号”和“吉农大13号”的灌浆特性。结果表明:“吉农大3号”籽粒干物质积累、灌浆速率、千粒重变化不明显,而“吉农大13号”籽粒干物质积累、灌浆速率、千粒重的变化较大;两品种均为异步灌浆,即存在2次灌浆高峰,“吉农大3号”第1次灌浆高峰大于第2次灌浆高峰。“吉农大13号”第1次灌浆高峰小于第2次灌浆高峰;“吉农大3号”为库限制型品种,“吉农大13号”为源限制型品种。
The regulation of source and sink was carried out by cutting leaves and shearing spikes, and the filling characteristics of rice varieties “Ji-Nongda 3” and “Ji-Nongda 13” were studied. The results showed that the grain dry matter accumulation, grain filling rate and grain weight per acre were not obvious in “Ji Nongda No.3”, but the change of grain dry matter accumulation, grain filling rate and 1000-grain weight was significant in “Ji-Nongda 13” That is, there are 2 times of filling peak. The first filling peak of “Jihongda 3” is greater than the second filling peak. The first grouting peak of “Jihon Da 13” was less than the second grouting peak; “Jihon Dai 3” was the restricted type of the bank, and “Jihonda 13” was the restricted source.
