企业战略的实施离不开中层经理的执行和有效推进,企业经营的稳步增长离不开中层经理的上传下达和有效应变,企业内部员工的努力拼搏离不开中层经理的培育与有效领导,企业外部形象的提升离不开中层经理的传播和有效拓展。不管是世界500强,还是中国的民营企业,企业发展的速度很大程度上取决于中层经理的优秀程度和成长速度。中小型民营企业大多数缺乏明晰的员工职业发展规划,给中层经理的成长与发展不能提供有效支撑。文章将以中小型民营企业中层经理管理作为分析对象,提出管理建议。
The implementation of corporate strategy can not be separated from the implementation and effective promotion of the middle managers. The steady growth of the enterprise management can not be achieved through the uploading and effective response from the middle managers. The hard work of the internal staff can not be separated from the cultivation and effective leadership of middle managers. The promotion of external image can not be separated from the dissemination and effective expansion of middle managers. Whether it is the world’s top 500, or China’s private enterprises, the pace of business development depends largely on the excellent level of middle managers and growth rate. Most small and medium-sized private enterprises lacks a clear career development plan for employees, which can not provide effective support to the growth and development of mid-level managers. The article will be small and medium-sized private enterprise middle managers as the analysis of management, put forward management recommendations.
