目的探讨CR影像系统在肾性骨病诊断应用价值。方法回顾性分析秦皇岛市海港医院2006-09-2011-03肾性骨病CR片105份,着重从CR系统在肾性骨病诊断技术的应用方法,图像质量进行分析研究。结果在105份静脉肾盂造影CR片中,1份因曝光不足或曝光过度导致乙级片甚至废片产生,5份因曝光不足或曝光过度造成影像不清晰,经过图像处理后达到乙级片,6份因摆体位不标准至使图像轻微跑偏,采用放大后漫游处理,达到标准要求。所有患者肾性骨病CR影像表现为骨质疏松、骨软化及佝偻病的表现,而软组织内的钙化亦相当多见,发生在关节周围、血管壁、皮下组织及内脏等部位,病情严重者有骨质硬化表现。结论 CR影像系统应用在肾性骨病诊断技术中,可提高影像质量,降低废片率。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CR imaging system in renal osteodystrophy. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 105 CR cases of renal osteoprosis in Harbor Hospital of Qinhuangdao from 2006-09-2011-03, and analyzed the application methods and image quality of CR system in the diagnosis of renal osteodystrophy. Results In 105 cases of CRP, one of them was caused by underexposure or overexposure, and the other five were due to underexposure or overexposure, resulting in unclear images. After image processing, they reached grade B, 6 due to the pendulum is not standard so that the image slightly deviation, the use of amplified roaming treatment to meet the standard requirements. All patients with renal osteoporosis CR imaging showed osteoporosis, osteomalacia and rickets manifestations, and soft tissue calcification is also quite common in the joints around the vessel wall, subcutaneous tissue and internal organs and other parts of the serious illness who have Bone sclerosis performance. Conclusion The application of CR imaging system in the diagnosis of renal osteopathy can improve the image quality and reduce the scrap rate.
