为探讨低浓度苯及其同系物 (甲苯、二甲苯 )接触对作业女工黄体功能的影响 ,选择某大型石化企业中有苯及其同系物接触的作业女工作为暴露组 ,并以该大型石化企业和某大型化纤企业中无苯及其同系物接触的作业女工为对照组。采用气相色谱法测定作业女工呼吸带空气中的苯、甲苯和二甲苯的浓度 ;对作业女工的月经功能进行前瞻性调查 ;酶免疫分析法测定尿样中的孕二醇 - 3-葡萄糖苷酸 (Pd G)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)。结果显示 ,石化企业苯及其同系物暴露以低浓度苯暴露为主 ;接触低浓度苯及其同系物组女工与对照组相比 ,黄体期长度缩短 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,黄体分泌孕酮的能力下降 (P<0 .0 5 )。提示低浓度苯及其同系物暴露可以影响作业女工的黄体功能。尿液激素水平可以作为生殖毒性效应性生物标记物
In order to explore the influence of low concentration of benzene and its homologues (toluene, xylene) on the luteal function of female workers, a female worker with exposure to benzene and its homologues in a large petrochemical enterprise was selected as the exposure group. Enterprises and a large chemical fiber enterprises without benzene and its homologue contact work women as control group. The concentrations of benzene, toluene and xylene in the respiratory zone of working women workers were determined by gas chromatography. The menstrual function of working women workers was prospectively investigated. The content of pregnanediol-3-glucuronidase (Pd G) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). The results showed that the exposure of benzene and its homologues to benzene in the petrochemical enterprises was dominated by low concentration of benzene. Compared with the control group, the female workers exposed to low concentrations of benzene and its homologues had a shorter luteal phase length (P <0.05 or P <0) .0 1), the progesterone secretion decreased (P <0.05). Tip low concentrations of benzene and its homologue exposure can affect the luteal function of working women. Urinary hormone levels can be used as reproductive toxicity-responsive biomarkers
