研究了Fe-146C钢的激光熔凝组织和性能.结果表明,其组织可分为熔化区(粗大M+大量A′→细小M+A′).热影响区(M+A′)和基体(P)三部分,各区尺寸取决于激光功率、扫描速度和基体温度,熔化区存在碳的烧损和氧化现象、激光处理可得到很好的硬化效果
The laser fusion structure and properties of Fe-146C steel were studied. The results show that the organization can be divided into melting zone (coarse M + large A ’→ fine M + A’). Heat affected zone (M + A ’) and substrate (P). The size of each zone depends on laser power, scanning speed and substrate temperature. There is burning and oxidation of carbon in the melting zone. Laser treatment can achieve good hardening effect
