大学教师任用制度不仅可以丰富高等教育学研究的内涵,深化对大学教师职业性质的认识,而且可以为我国正在进行的学习型建设提供一定的理论支持,指导高等教育改革实践。作为迈向世界一流大学而作出的制度建设的重要组成部分,北京大学2003年人事制度改革引起了教育界甚至社会各界的广泛关注。北大此次改革的重点,就是教师任用制度。透过激烈进行的北大人事制度改革可以看到,正在进行中的中国大学教师任用制度改革与学习型高职院校建设工作
The appointment system of university teachers can not only enrich the connotation of higher education research, deepen the understanding of the professional nature of university teachers, but also provide some theoretical support for the ongoing construction of learning in our country and guide the practice of higher education reform. As an important part of institution building toward the world-class universities, the reform of the personnel system at Peking University in 2003 has aroused widespread concern in education circles and even in all walks of life. The focus of this reform at Peking University is the appointment of teachers. Through the vigorous reform of Peking University’s personnel system, we can see that the ongoing reform of China’s teacher appointment system and the construction of learning-oriented higher vocational colleges
