尽管中国股市问题仍然很多,国有股问题、造假账问题、大股东掏空上市公司问题、中介机构诚信问题等等,并且每一个问题都十分严重,处理不好都足以动摇中国股市存在的根本。笔者作为股市中人,感觉到中国股市在经过几年的震荡之后,在国家加大力度地规范与调整下,已逐步走向稳定发?
