钢筋混凝土结构在遭受火灾后,由于高温的影响,混凝土材料会发生化学变化,强度和延性降低,导致整个结构和构件的物理力学性能降低,产生损伤。通过对某住宅遭受火灾后工程检测和加固的实例,介绍火灾后钢筋混凝土结构的检测以及钢筋网复合砂浆加固受火灾结构的加固方案,重点探讨钢筋网复合砂浆加固该结构梁、板的施工工艺。工程实践证明,该方法加固效果明显,施工方便且节省投资。
