[目的]了解漳浦县中小学生健康情况。[方法]按照《中国卫生监督统计报表学校卫生情况年报表技术规范》进行调查。[结果]中学生因病缺课率、患病率均高于小学生;城市学生因病缺课率明显高于农村学生;因病缺课以夏秋季为多;上呼吸道感染为首要病因,其次是胃肠道疾病及意外伤害。[结论]应把上呼吸道感染作为中小学生防治的重点,学校应将健康教育及学生安全教育列入议事日程,是降低因病缺课的重要措施之一。 [Objective] To understand the health of primary and secondary school students in Zhangpu County. [Methods] According to “China Health Surveillance Statistical Report School Health Annual Report Technical Specifications” to investigate. [Results] The prevalence rate of absenteeism among middle school students was higher than that of primary school students. The absenteeism rate of urban students was significantly higher than that of rural students. The number of absent students due to illness was more in summer and autumn. The upper respiratory tract infection was the primary cause, followed by Gastrointestinal diseases and accidental injuries. [Conclusion] The upper respiratory tract infection should be taken as the focus of primary and secondary prevention and treatment. Schools should include health education and student safety education in the agenda, which is one of the important measures to reduce the number of absence due to illness.
