目的探讨贞红生发酊对小鼠触须毛囊体外培养生长速度与形态学改变的影响。方法将离体培养的小鼠触须毛囊分别置入对照组和高、中、低3种浓度的贞红生发酊溶液中,显微镜下观察各组毛囊生长速度及形态学变化。结果生发酊各组毛囊生长速度均大于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而生发酊各组间以1.0g/L组生长作用最佳(P<0.05)。对照组第8天毛囊出现退行性变化,而生发酊各组毛囊仍维持生长期毛囊形态,且以1.0g/L组毛囊生长情况最佳,部分毛囊生长可达20d以上。结论贞红生发酊对体外培养的小鼠毛囊生长有明显的促进作用,并能较长时间保持毛囊的生长形态。
Objective To investigate the effect of chrysotile hair growth on the growth rate and morphological changes of mouse vibrissa hair follicles in vitro. Methods The isolated vibrissa hair follicles of mice were cultured in control group and high, middle and low concentrations of erythrocytes. The growth rate and morphological changes of hair follicles in each group were observed under microscope. Results The growth rate of hair follicles in hairy hair was higher than that of control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The growth of hair hairy hairs was best in 1.0 g/L group (P<0.05). On the 8th day of the control group, there was a degenerative change in the hair follicles, while hair follicles in the hair follicles maintained the hair follicle morphology in the growth phase. The growth of the hair follicles in the 1.0 g/L group was the best, and some hair follicles grew up to more than 20 days. Conclusion The erythrocytes of C. erythropolis can obviously promote the growth of hair follicles in vitro, and can maintain the growth of hair follicles for a long time.
